What if you chose a house plan from an aerated concrete block? You need to have an idea of the materials used in the construction of such a house. Take into account all the characteristics and properties. So the house will be heat-efficient and strong for many years of operation.

Aerated concrete blocks of various shapes

Gas silicate production plants have high-tech lines. There all processes are automated and have control. Thanks to that the gas block has precise parameters and characteristics.Линия перемешивания компонентов для газосиликата

Thoroughly mixed dough mass consists of water, cement, quartz sand, lime, gypsum, and aluminum powder. This mass is poured into large forms to make blocks.

Blocks stand in special chambers for 3-4 hours at 35°C. There a reaction between aluminum and lime takes place. This reaction is reminiscent of a fermentation process. During this process mass is releasing hydrogen, thus creating a porous structure. In this process of maturation, the block's volume is increasing and obtaining strength.

The material enters the cutting and lateral processing line after decomposition. (if the future unit should have a slotted burial system). Purified of concrete chips with the help of compressed airflow. Our array enters the autoclave chamber. It will stay there for 12 hours under the influence of 180 ° C steam and a pressure of at least 12 atmospheres. The finished blocks are going to the packaging workshop after a set time. There they are prepared for further use.

I would like to note that small producers of wall blocks cannot afford such production. So the quality of the gas silicate block is not the same for all producers. You need to check the chosen manufacturer's certificates and recommendations for use. You must know what glue to apply, what criteria for strength and moisture absorption.

I want to warn you against the clumsiness of builders during construction. The gas block is fragile and requires careful handling.

Summing up, the houses built of such blocks are quite warm but have their own nuances. For example, you need to make reinforcement when masonry. The foundation should be tapered with a perfectly flat surface. Its base should be below the depth of freezing. You should protect all external walls by facade systems from moisture from precipitation.

If you follow the recommendations on gas block technology, your house will last a long time. It wouldn't have any problems during further use.
